Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- You can choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or item.
How to start a return
- Email us at artlateclothes@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you're sending back, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
- We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
- Ship the item(s) back. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
If you return an item from a Buy 2, Get the 3rd Free order, the refund reflects what you actually paid after the discount.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
